Bahamian Supreme Court grants Baha Mar leave to appeal court’s rejecting recognition of U.S. Chapter 11 process

Nassau, Bahamas (August 4, 2015) – Baha Mar today reported that it is gratified that the Supreme Court of The Bahamas has granted Baha Mar leave to appeal the Court’s decision to reject the recognition of the U.S Court in Delaware’s orders with respect to Baha Mar’s Chapter 11 process.
