Brickell Management Group Appoints New Board of Directors

Nassau, Bahamas November 28, 2014: Brickell Management Group Ltd. announces the appointment of its Board of Directors. Brickell Management Group which manages its real estate assets and those of its sister companies including but not limited to Venito West-Westridge, Ventian West-Old Fort Bay, Aventura Plaza-JFK, Bellagio Plaza-Madeira St. and City Corp.

Center-Rosetta St. announced on November 11th, 2014 the appointment of its new Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of experienced professionals such as Sebastian Bastian (Chairman), Paul Major (President and Managing Director), Keith Major (Secretary) and Directors: Wesley Bastian, Alfred Sears, Edward Fields, Felix Stubbs, Leon Williams and Cassius Stuart.
 
“We are pleased to have such a diverse group of individuals who are prepared to lend their considerable talents and expertise to the board of Brickell Management Group. Their collective experience will be invaluable to BMG as the company grows and prepare to take on new projects” said Chairman Bastian

With the appointment of the board, BMG also welcomed Paul Major as President and Managing Director. “ With his broad experience and knowledge, Paul adds a valuable perspective not only to the board but also to the organization” Bastian added.

The principle functions of Brickell Management Group are acquisition of real estate, property development, property management and leasing and company management services. Venito West is a 36 unit condominium complex located in West Ridge. The Venetian West is the island’s newest premiere luxury community; located in upscale Old Fort in Western New Providence, the community offers an array of amenities and features such as a clubhouse, pool, gym, 24hr security, a tennis and basketball ball court. The goal of BMG and its developments is to provide affordable luxury living to Bahamians.

In addition to the company’s residential portfolio, BMG also has commercial real estate holdings in JFK, Madeira St and Rosetta St. are all at various stages of development with all targeted for completion and occupancy for mid next year.
