NASSAU, Bahama - Realtor Gavin G. Christie CRS, CIPS has made history at C.A. Christie Real Estate & Co. (C.A.C), after being named Managing Partner of the real estate firm. The recent appointment makes Christie the firm's youngest partner.

Christie is considered an elite player in the Bahamas Real Estate Industry. His enthusiasm, depth of market knowledge, and work ethic, positioned him early in his career to become a leading real estate agent and advisor in the Bahamian market.

President of C.A. Christie & Co., Charles Christie, said, "Gavin has been a longtime leader in the firm, proving himself very early in his career to be a top producer with innovative ideas and concepts. Gavin's first listing was a $4.2M property, and he has continued to soar ever since. His deep understanding of the real estate industry, and our clients, makes him the perfect fit for this key role."

In 2014, Gavin Christie forged several new strategic partnerships. He introduced C.A.C into the European market, and is currently working on establishing a presence in China and Panama. Christie is also responsible for creating a partnership with one of the top brokerage firms in Fisher Island - an exclusive, luxury Private Island just off Miami, Florida.

"I am honored to take on the role of managing partner, and lead C.A.C into the future. My main goal for 2015 is to expand the firm into the Family Islands, and even as far as China," Gavin Christie said. "I am in the process of laying out a road map for the firm that encompasses strategic expansions, branding, marketing, and cutting edge real estate technology."

Previously, Christie worked with Management One Bahamas Ltd, a real estate management and consulting firm that focused primarily on large commercial and resort properties including, The British Colonial Hilton Hotel and The South Ocean Hotel & Resort. As Assistant Director, he played an integral role in the management and sale of both projects.
