Nassau, Bahamas - China has demonstrated over the course of many years that it’s an emerging market. This is even more evident here in The Bahamas with the specific role Chinese companies and financial institutions have had in making the Bahamian Rivera reality

Recently, Darville- Wong Realty met with the Chinese Ambassador Mr. Yuan Guisen, to chart a way to assist in specific ways that we can target companies who wish to set up businesses here which is just off the coast of Florida, Unites States and to attract those interested in moving their investments here to this country, while also looking to secure residency status.

Co- partner, William Wong said, it was a no brainer for Darville-Wong Realty to look to position it to take full advantage of all that is to come on stream as spin-off’s from this emerging market.

He adds, they were encouraged by their recent meeting with the Ambassador who has pledged to assist the firm wherever he can to facilitate the investors coming here, as he has a special liking for The Bahamas.

Officials from Darville- Wong Realty hope to visit China this summer with a view of meeting with key stakeholders in the market and to explore the possibility of having a representative in China who can position our firm to continually attract ultra- rich investors to The Bahamas.
