NEW PROVIDENCE - The thirteen beauties, who will be competing for the titles of Miss World Bahamas & Miss Universe Bahamas, were officially revealed at the Miss Bahamas Launch event on July 20 at the John Watling’s Distillery. A total of six young women will be vying for the title of Miss Universe Bahamas, and seven contestants will be competing for the Miss World Bahamas crown during the Aug 3 Miss Bahamas pageant double header event. MBO Director of Media Relations, Jerome Sawyer, co-hosted the event with Miss World Bahamas 2012, De’Andra Bannister, and Miss Universe Bahamas 2013, Lexi Wilson.
