NASSAU, The Bahamas – On Saturday, November 10, 2018, The Bahamas Press Club will host its industry Awards Ceremony at the British Colonial Hilton in Black Tie fashion as it Celebrates 45 Years of Bahamian Media 1973-2018. This would be The Club’s fourth installment of recognizing the work and importance of the local media and honouring those who paved the way for us to enjoy the freedom that we do. A segment this year is The People’s Choice Award, which would involve the listening audience by voting in three categories: Best Radio Talk Show Best Talk Show Host Best Radio Personality Key Guidelines when voting: 1 – Informative/educational 2 – Research of topic 3 – Promote national development 4 – Articulate The online poll runs November 1 -7.
