Nassau, Bahamas - The National Independence Committee is extending an invitation to persons wishing to be a part of History in the making for the breaking of the Guinness World Record for the most people blowing the conch shell at the same time. This event will take place on 9th July at the Grand Anniversary Celebrations on Clifford Park.
An invitation is extended to all horn-blowers,from various Junkanoo and youth groups. The general public is also invited to participate.
A practice session will be held Wednesday 2nd July on Clifford Park at 6 p.m. Mr. Chris Justilien will conduct rehearsals. Please note that Conch Shell Horns will be provided.
