Nassau, Bahamas - Busy lifestyles demand solutions that save time and money. Millions of people worldwide rely on online bill pay services as a secure and convenient way to pay bills from the comfort of their homes or offices while avoiding hassles such as long lines and waiting. If you had the option to view and pay your utility bills online, would you?

The Bahamas Water and Sewage Corporation now gives customers 24/7 flexibility to check their account information, receive bills electronically, make one-time or recurring payments through their secure and convenient website (www.wsc.bs). These payment features were previously available, but now customers can see their detailed bill history and current charges.

“We are very excited to launch the next phase of our on line payment options for our customers,” said Visna Armbrister, WSC Public Affairs

Manager. "Now customers can create a log in account for themselves, pull up their bills online, review the information and pay safely, securely and easily. ”

Armbrister explained the process of online bill payment is simple for customers and can be completed in just a few clicks. Customers should visit the WSC website at www.wsc.com.bs and click on the pay now button. They will be directed to enter their meter number and account number to create a login (or account). Finally, enter payment information, click pay and they are done.

“The goal of this program is to save customers time and help them avoid standing on line to pay their quarterly bills. Paying online from the security of their own home computer, iPad or phone means no long lines, no more missing lunch and they can access their accounts 24 hours a day - no waiting for the mail,” Armbrister concluded.

As a special incentive to encourage customers to try the online bill payment service, WSC is offering special rewards until the end of summer. When customers pay their bill in full they are eligible for five dollars or up to twenty-five dollars cash back based on their billing amount. This bonus is valid through August 31, 2016.

The online bill payment feature is one of several new services offered by the WSC through the "We've Heard You, We've Listened, We've Responded" promotion that encourages customer feedback and replies with convenient solutions. Another recent benefit for WSC customers was the introduction of individual service to renters offering tenants of multi-family properties to have individual accounts monitoring water usage with a WSC App to be announced shortly.

Government to improve our services and we are meeting our goals, and we continue daily to work toward meeting customer expectations.
