Nassau, The Bahamas – October 12, 2018 At ALIV we are continuously fueled by the progression, success and evolvement of our employees, which in turn, rolls over into the effectiveness of our product. In order for us to establish a world-class brand and constantly present a state-of-the-art product, it is imperative to have a team of innovators and champions. In line with this, we are pleased to announce the newest member of our management team Tracey Boucher who will replace Dr. Stephen Curran as Chief ALIV Innovator with immediate effect.

Dr. Curran has been instrumental in creating and establishing the ALIV network in his role.   ALIV thanks him publicly for the immense contribution he has made over the last two years in establishing and building the company into the incredible success it is today.

Tracey’s responsibilities will include driving technology innovation and the development of a mobile network strategy for Aliv Operations. She will provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure effective contract management of outsourced business processes.

She will be the expert and adviser on all network matters, bringing the most up to date and tested thinking to the table, while ensuring that technology is used as a driver for change and innovation. In addition, she will ensure strategic alignment between the enterprise technology strategy and business needs.

“I hope you will join me in congratulating Tracey in her new roles and I commend both of them on their outstanding performances so far at ALIV,” Mr. Blackburn said.  “It is very sad for us to say goodbye to Stephen Curran who has given so much to building the ALIV network, but it is a testament to the strength of our senior team to be able to evolve our leadership by promoting Tracey to lead this next phase of our journey.”

Tracey joined the Aliv team in March 2017 as Aliv Service Optimizer. She has worked closely with all the technical teams at Aliv to expand growth in the subscriber base and deployments throughout The Bahamas. She has been an invaluable leader in the Engineering department, bringing high levels of dedication and innovation.
