The Bahamas has done it again. Donovan Ingraham is the new Mr. Caribbean International and officially the "King of the Ring", beating out competitors from the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, and the Caribbean, in five days of grueling physical and mental competition at the Mr. Caribbean International Competition held in Jamaica this past week.

Freddie "Slugger" Lightbourne of The Bahamas and last year's Mr. Caribbean International,  handed the new title over to Donovan, in the Final Night Competition of the Mr. Caribbean International Competition, held on Saturday, October 16th, 2010, in Negril, Jamaica, under the theme, "King of the Ring".

Since competing in 2006, The Bahamas has garnered three international titles and two consecutive wins.

On behalf of Donovan and the Mr Caribbean Bahamas Team, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to Stephen Robinson and Freddie Lightbourne (Donovan's coaches in Jamaica), Paul Wilson (Donovan's personal trainer for the local and international competition), Mystical Fitness (Derek and Avis Bullard), Team Bahamas (Donovan Rolle, Christopher McQueen, Terrance Kelly, Shane McPhee, Jason Smith), Camille Kenny, Tessa Lightbourne, Leah Treco, Chavalla Walker, Candace Treco, Kovah Duncombe, Shantz Collymore, Makeva and the Buttons Formalwear crew, Team USA, Leather Masters, Imperial Optical, John Bull, Playtime Sports (Freeport), and you our fans, sponsors, and supporters, for our championship victory.

Congratulations and Best Wishes to Donovan.
