CAMPARI®, the world famous, unique, Italian spirit originated in Novara in 1860.  With its distinct color and aroma, it has always been a symbol of passion in seduction, sensuality and transgression. CAMPARI® is an icon of Italian style and excellence, a contemporary classic that is the base for some of the most famous cocktails around the world.  CAMPARI® has been represented by international celebrity SpokesModel like Jessica Alba, Eva Mendes, Milla Jovovich and Salma Hayek in print ads and their highly sought after iconic artistic calendars.

The regional popularity of the CAMPARI® brand paved a way for Carlos St. Omer, Caribbean Area Manager for CAMPARI® International to create a model competition, the CAMPARI® Caribbean Poster Girl Search, to find a Caribbean SpokesModel. JEM Music Group, a New York based Talent Management and Television Production Company will film and produce this regional event as a reality television series to be aired on TEMPO June 2012.

One winner from The Bahamas will compete with six other participating countries (St. Lucia, Grenada, Jamaica, St.Maarten, Trinidad, Anguilla, St. Vincent) to vie for a chance to become the 2012 CAMPARI® Caribbean Poster Girl. Contestants will be selected in part based upon having the following traits: strong-willed, spontaneous, outgoing, possess a talent (not a necessity), adventurous, physically and mentally adept, adaptable to new environments, interesting lifestyles, backgrounds and personalities.

Proving more than looks and displaying sophistication, an element CAMPARI® prides itself on, St. Lucian native Cathy Daniel won as the 2009 CAMPARI® Caribbean Poster girl and received a cash prize of US$3,000, an opportunity to travel to Shanghai, frequent travel and appearances across the Caribbean, a full makeover and she became the official image on all regional CAMPARI® posters and banners.

The CAMPARI® Caribbean poster girl is set to be annual event, so stay tuned because the next CAMPARI® Caribbean Poster girl could be you!
