Nassau, Bahamas - Brutha Magazine and Silk Studios are looking for boys and girls to model for the 1st Annual Kickz N Gigglez Kids Benefit Fashion Show. The Kid Model Casting will take place on Saturday July 18th 2015 at Silk Studios located Bay Street and Victoria Avenue (opposite Tourism Police Station from 12 noon – 3pm and 4pm – 5pm. Models are required to be between the ages of 5 and 16 with an energetic and friendly attitude. This event seeks to raise funds to support the local research and support of Autism in The Bahamas. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and autism are both general terms for a group of complex disorders of brain development. These disorders are characterized, in varying degrees, by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors. The event will feature local fashion designs and accessories. Event goers will experience Nassau’s most exciting fashion show featuring styles from local designers and store brands all while enjoying sips, music, special performances, and giveaways! Only one event can make all this happen, Kickz n’ Gigglez Kids Benefit Fashion Show. The Kickz n’ Gigglez Show will take place Sunday August 9th 2015 at Silk Studios located Bay Street and Victoria Avenue (opposite Tourism Police Station) from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale by contacting 464-5782.
