Nassau, Bahamas - The
Member of Parliament for the Montagu Constituency is asking creative youngsters
from across her constituency to design an official festive card in time for
Christmas.
On Friday, October 28, MP Butler-Turner will launch the constituency’s
first Christmas card competition and is asking residents between the ages of
16-25 to create a card with a ‘Montagu’ theme – a theme
depicting aspects of the picturesque constituency.
A panel of independent judges will decide the top three cards.
The
winning design will be printed on cards which will be used by Mrs.
Butler-Turner to send to constituents, friends and even foreign colleagues and
partners.
Additionally, the winner will receive an Apple iPad, with the second and third
place finishers receiving cash prizes with their designs featured on the back
of the cards.
Entries should be marked Montagu Christmas
card Competition and can be dropped of at the Montagu Constituency headquarters,
# 66 Village Road
or emailed to Montaguchristmascard@gmail.com
