Spa Coordinator position offers an exciting progressive opportunity
for a motivated, honest and committed professional with a vibrant, enthusiastic
personality, who has a passion for quality and excellence. The main
purpose of the job is to assist the spa consultant in upholding our
Brand Standards by effectively monitoring, overseeing and driving a
small spa team on a day to day basis, to exceed targets, deliver excellent
customer service, achieve budgets, drive revenue and meet the company
standards as per the (SOP's), whilst maintaining a harmonious, efficient
working environment. You need to be experienced at leading a team to
drive standards, be a "hands-on" highly commercial individual,
capable of initiating long term financial growth for this excellent
facility. We require that you have enough confidence and expertise that
you can hit the ground running.
Must Be:
A reliable, hard working, self motivated,
confident team player with excellent customer service & communication
skills. Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure. Computer
skills: Competent with excel & word. Spa software experience knowledge
is advantageous Resort experience is a plus but not compulsory. Ideally
with spa background, retail and supervisory training.

Fully Qualified Spa Therapists Required
The successful applicants must be certified
with at least 5 years experience. Be immaculately presented, efficient,
honest, self motivated, reliable and able to work well within a team
environment. The role of our therapists requires vibrant, enthusiastic
and professional individuals, who will perform high standard treatments
as well as ensure the most efficient use of products and facilities
in order to deliver a smooth spa operation. Therefore candidates must
be all rounder’s, capable of performing
all spa treatments,
selling retail products and process excellent communication skills.
