Pelican Bay Hotel ranked among Best Hotels in The Bahamas by U.S. News

Grand Bahama Island's Pelican Bay Hotel has been ranked among the top hotels in Bahamas based on an unbiased analysis of awards, expert recommendations and user ratings.

Out of 20 luxury hotels, seven were named award winners on the U.S. News list of the Best Hotels in Bahamas.

Pelican Bay Hotel was ranked in the #4 position and is the only Grand Bahama hotel on the list.

Pelican Bay at Lucaya is owned by Sundt AS, a private investment company based in Norway.   Pelican Bay is the only investment that Sundt AS has in the Bahamas.   Sundt is also the majority shareholder of Pandox, a Swedish-based hotel property company.

Pandox's hotel property portfolio includes 119 hotels in seven different countries with brands such as Scandic, Hilton, Radisson SAS, Crowne Plaza, Choice, Hyatt, Intercontinental or are independently managed.
