Pelican Bay Hotel welcomes the Governor General

Freeport, Bahamas - The Bahamas Governor General, Sir Arthur Foulkes and his wife were welcomed at Pelican Bay Hotel on July 5th during his Excellency's visit to attend the "One God, One People, One Bahamas" concert in Grand Bahama.

He was greeted by summer intern and graduate of St. Paul's Methodist College, Aljeron Roker who presented Mrs. Foulkes with flowers. Also on hand to welcome them was general manager, Magnus Alnebeck, and Yvette Evans, Senior Security Supervisor.


Pelican Bay at Lucaya is owned by Sundt AS, a private investment company based in Norway.   Pelican Bay is the only investment that Sundt AS has in the Bahamas.   Sundt is also the majority shareholder of Pandox, a Swedish-based hotel property company.
