Freeport, Grand Bahama Island - Salario Samuel Cooper has been employed with Pelican Bay Hotel since December 2009, three years after graduating high school. Salario began his career at Pelican Bay in the Housekeeping department where he worked diligently and displayed a keen interest in learning about the hotel industry. In 2011 Salario transitioned to the Front Office and quickly took on additional tasks in our newly built Canal House, Conference Center. Salario has continued to display a strong passion and drive for the Hospitality industry and is eager to further his professional growth. Salario is now being promoted to Operations Assistant; where he will be responsible for supervising the Front Office as well as Meeting & Events taking place in our Canal House.

Pelican Bay is always looking for opportunities to train and promote our staff. We encourage cross training as a means to stimulate growth and to allow persons to experience every facet of the business. We are proud of Salario and wish him the best in his strive for excellence.
