Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas – Winners of Pelican Bay at Lucaya’s PIN Programme were recognized for outstanding levels of service rendered to guests during a recent luncheon at the hotel.

PIN is a programme that was launched several years ago for guests to recognize high performing hotel employees. Guests are issued Pelican Pins that are pinned to an instruction card as they check in at Pelican Bay. Guests then use these Pelican Pins to instantly recognize employees for excellent service. Mr. Williams received a total of 100 silver and 13 gem Pelican Pins while Ms Williams took in 61 silver, four gold and 13 gem pins. Pictured left to right, are: Mrs. Della Bridgewater, front office manager, Ms Nicola Marshall, housekeeping attendant and a runner-up, Mr. Williams, Alnebeck, Ms Wiliams and Mrs. Sybilene Cooper, executive housekeeper.
