Man shot and killed in vehicle on Whitaker Avenue

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are asking members of the public to come forth with any information they may have to assist in solving a shooting incident that has left a man dead on Friday 12th May 2017.

According to reports, shortly after 12:30am, police received a report of gunshots being fired on Whitaker Avenue off Carmichael Road. When officers arrived in the area they met the lifeless body of an adult male in the driver’s seat of a Chevy vehicle, who had been shot. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.

Investigations are ongoing.
