Nassau manhunt underway: 2 dead after man shoots into a crowd - Man shot dead in Peardale

POLICE APPEAL FOR INFORMATION IN TWO SHOOTINGS

Nassau, Bahamas - The police are also appealing to the public for information to assist in their investigations into two separate shooting incidents that has left three males dead.

In the first incident, shortly before 9:00pm on Friday 10th February 2017, a male was walking with two other males on a Park in Peardale, when a male armed with a handgun approached and shot him before fleeing on foot. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.

Then shortly after 12:30am on Saturday 11th February 2017, a group of persons were at a nightclub located on East and Lewis Streets, when an altercation occurred that led to a male armed with a handgun firing several shots into a crowd. One male was shot as he attempted to leave in his vehicle. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Another male was taken to hospital where he later died.

Police are actively investigating these two incidents and have launched and island-wide manhunt for the suspects responsible.
