Nassau police seek suspects after shooting deaths of 2 males - Suspects sought in vehicle theft

POLICE SEEK HELP IN THE DEATH OF TWO MALES

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are asking the public to come forth with information regarding the death of two males found dead in separate incidents on Monday 28th November 2016.

In the first incident, shortly before 12:00am, police received a report of a man found dead in front of an apartment complex through a road off Mckinney Drive. When police arrived on the scene they met the lifeless body of a man who had been shot. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

In the second incident, shortly after 6:00am, police received a report of a fire near an abandoned vehicle through a service road off Graham Drive, Yellow Elder Gardens. When police arrived on the scene they met the lifeless body of a man on fire. The fire was quickly extinguish by fire Service officials and the man was pronounced dead. An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.

Investigations are ongoing.

POLICE SEARCHING FOR SUSPECTS IN ARMED ROBBERY

Police are searching for the suspects responsible for an armed robbery that occurred on Sunday 27th November 2016.

Reports are that shortly after 1:00pm, a man was about to purchase a vehicle at a home located at Obadiah Drive, when four males armed with handguns approached and robbed him of a large amount of cash before fleeing in a silver Honda Fit vehicle

Investigations are ongoing.
