Nassau, Bahamas - POLICE in the Southwestern Division have shut down a major organized housebreaking ring, believed to be responsible for a number of residential break-ins in the Division over the past three months.
According to reports, during the early morning of Wednesday 1st April 2015,
Southwestern Division officers acting on intelligence conducted a major operation in the division that
resulted in the arrest of three adult males and the
recovery of a number of stolen items.
Police are attributing at least twenty of the house breakings to this group. Most of the proceeds consisted of, flat screen televisions, cell phones and jewelry. The total value of the stolen property is estimated to be in the thousands.
Police are also seeking the public’s assistance in locating 30 – year old Tameko Williams of Ferguson Street who they suspect to be one of the masterminds behind this ring
