Police in Abaco are investigating a drowning incident.
Reports are that on Thursday 9th July 2015 shortly after 7:00pm, police received
information that a 54 year old American male while in waters off Abaco snorkeling with a
group of person, reportedly began experiencing difficulties while in water. He was assisted back to the boat and was transported to Abaco to the Marsh Harbor Clinic
where he was announced dead by doctor.
Police are actively investigating this matter.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding any
crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously
