Family Islands American tourist dies in The Bahamas after kiteboarding accident

ELEUTHERA, The Bahamas - Reports are that around 10:00am, on Thursday 5th March 2015, a 33 year old American man from North Carolina was kite boarding off Schooner Cay, South Eleuthera, when he lost control and crashed into the water.
The victim was transported to the local clinic where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
