Eleuthera Police investigate U.S. visitor drowning incident

Eleuthera, Bahamas - POLICE in Eleuthera are investigating a drowning incident that has a 27 year old male visitor from Under Hill, Vermont, USA, dead on Friday 1st August 2014.

According to reports, shortly before 7:50pm, the deceased was swimming in waters at Valentines Marina in Harbour Island when he drowned. The victim was pronounced dead by the island’s local doctor.

Investigations are ongoing.
