Eleuthera stabbing victim identified, 3 more suspects in custody

Eleuthera, Bahamas - POLICE has identified the man stabbed to death in Eleuthera on Sunday 6th July 2014 as 18 – year old Hayward Antonio Thompson of Palmetto Point, Eleuthera.

POLICE in Eleuthera on Tuesday 8th July 2014 also took into custody three more male suspects ages 32, 29 and 25 of Palmetto Point in connection with the stabbing death of Thompson.

POLICE are still seeking the public’s help in apprehending 22 – year old REX RAHMING of Palmetto Point, Eleuthera who is wanted in connection with this incident.

Rahming is described as a dark brown male, slim build and about 5’ 8” to 5’ 10” in height.


POLICE are appealing to anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rex Rahming no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands)
