Man arrested by Police in Eleuthera for drug possession

Eluethera, Bahamas - According to reports, around 6:00pm on Tuesday 28th April 2015, officers from the Eleuthera District acting on intelligence went to the Spanish Wells dock, where they observed a man leaving a cargo boat with a box in his hand. The officers conducted a search of the box and found 4 ounces of marijuana. The 37 – year old man was arrested and is expected to appear in court later this week to be formally charged.
