Police probe alleged drowing of American visitor in Exuma

Exuma, Bahamas - Preliminary reports are that, shortly after 5:00pm on Tuesday 20th September 2016, a 41 – year old female visitor from Minnesota, is alleged to have drowned while swimming in waters off Forbes Hill, Exuma.

Despite extensive CPR efforts the woman was pronounced dead by the island’s doctor.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
