Police in Chub Cay arrest 3 men for breach of Fisheries Act

Berry Islands, Bahamas - Police in Chub Cay, the Berry Islands arrested a 41 – year old man along with two 18 – year old men for Breach of the Fisheries Act on Monday 5th May 2014.

According to reports, police acting on intelligence went to a fish-house in Chub Cay, the Berry Islands, where they arrested the men after finding them in possession of a quantity of fresh crawfish.

The men were charged by police for possession of a quantity of undersized crawfish and possession of a quantity of crawfish during the close crawfish season.

The men will appear in court in the Berry Islands on 29th May to be formally charged.
