RBPF Abaco - Firearm and ammunition arrest

Abaco, Bahamas - A 23 year old male of Dundas Town, Abaco is in police custody after he was found in possession of an illegal firearm and ammunition.

Reports are that on Wednesday 17th January 2018 shortly after 10:00pm, officers arrest a 23 year old male in the Central Pines, Dundas Town area, after he was found in possession of a .380 pistol with a magazine containing six .380 live rounds of ammunition. He is expected to be arraigned before the Magistrate Court later this week.

Investigation into this matter continues.
