From:TheBahamasWeekly.com Family Islands On Wednesday 8th October 2014, both Stuart and Davis were arraigned before Magistrate Ancella Evans on charges of Assisting Illegal Landing. They both pleaded not guilty and were released on bail in the amount of $3,000.00 with (1) surety. They are to return to court on the 3rd March 2015 for trial. This is in connection with the Haitian Nationals who were found in Abaco on Sunday 4th October 2014.

ABACO, Bahamas - On Tuesday 7th October 2014, Officers of the Abaco Division arrested 55 year old George Stuart of Marsh Harbour, Abaco and 59 year old Anderson Davis of Moore’s Island for assisting illegal landing.
