RBPF Abaco: Fraud by false pretences, possession of fraud documents and uttering fraud documents

Abaco, Bahamas - On Tuesday 26th August 2014, Solomon Young age 41 years of New Providence, Keith Coakley age 42 years of Freeport, Grand Bahama and Waldez Russell age 23 years of Cedar Harbour, Abaco, were all arraigned before Magistrate A. Evans at the Marsh Harbour Magistrate Court. The three defendants elected summary trial and pleaded not guilty to all charges. The matter was adjourned to the 23rd October 2014 for trial.

Bail was denied for Solomon Young and Keith Coakley who were on bail for similar offences, both were remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison. Waldez Russell was granted bail in the sum of $3,000.00 with (1) surety on condition that he surrenders his passport to the court and sign in at the Marsh Harbour Police Station every Monday before 6:00pm.

This is in connection with a matter that was reported to the Marsh Harbour Police Station on Friday 22nd August 2014.
