CRIME PREVENTION TIP:

This coming year let us resolve within ourselves to do our best to end Domestic Violence.

The capacity to recognize and respond to the things that matter to the other person in a calm, non-defensive and respectful way and a readiness to forgive and forget, is the first step to resolving conflict. How we handle our anger and how we deal with other people who are angry, can make the difference between managing conflict effectively and having conflict end in violence.

WALK AWAY AND LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY.

TRAFFIC SAFETY TIP:

If you use a cell phone when driving, use a hand free device. Make it a habit to use cellular phones only when parked, or have a passenger make the call for you.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919/911 or Crime Stoppers at 328-tips (8477) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands) or your nearest police station.
