RBPF: Firearms, ammunition and dangerous drug arrest in Abaco

POLICE IN ABACO ARREST (4) SUSPECTS, (3) MALES AND (1)
FEMALE AFTER THEY WERE FOUND IN POSSESSION OF
FIREARMS, AMMUNITION AND DANGEROUS DRUGS.

Reports are that on Tuesday 25th September 2018, shortly after 3:00pm, officers of the Abaco District, acting on information, went to a residence in Leisure Lee, Abaco, where a search was conducted and officers discovered (1) .22 rifle, (1) .357 smith & wesson revolver, (19) .22 rounds, (6) .357 rounds, (1) 12 gauge shotgun, (1) partial 12 gauge shotgun, (2) barrels, (1) magazine, (1) cross bow, and (1) marijuana plant.

A female and a male were arrested and taken into police custody. They are expected to be arraigned before the Magistrate Court later this week.

Also later that same day, officers of the Abaco District, armed with a search warrant, went to a residence on Bay Front Street, Coopers Town, where a search was conducted and officers discovered in  a vehicle a quantity of suspected marijuana. (2) males were arrested and taken into police custody.
