Police probe traffic death in Exuma

Police in Exuma are investigating a traffic accident that has left a man dead on Saturday 25th March 2017.

According to reports, around 6:00pm, a collision occurred on Queens Highway, George Town, Exuma involving a Suzuki Solio motorcar driven by an adult male and a Mack truck driven by an adult male. The driver of the motorcar received serious injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene by the island’s local doctor.

Officers from the Traffic Department in New Providence will travel to Exuma later today to assist in the investigations.
