Cat Island, Bahamas - Police have activated a missing person alert for 74 - year-old Janice Mildred Kessinger, a United States Citizen who resides in North Cat Island. Kessinger was last seen about 3:30pm on Friday 29th September 2017, at Shanna’s Cove Resort in North Cat Island, where she was staying locally.
