Shooting incident in Abaco

Police in Abaco are investigating a shooting incident that has left a 39 year old male hospitalized.

Reports are that on Tuesday 5th October 2016 shortly after 11:00pm, a male while at his residence in Cooper’s Town was reportedly shot to the upper body. He was transported to the Marsh Harbour Clinic and later airlifted to the Rand Memorial Hospital for further medical attention.

Police are actively investigating and are appealing to members of the public for any information that can assist in this investigation, to call them at telephone numbers in Abaco at # 347-2560/367-3437, Grand Bahama at # 350-3107/12 or 911/919 or call your nearest police station.
