Suspect arraigned in Abaco, pleads not guilty for recent fire incident

Abaco, Bahamas - On Thursday 8th May 2014 shortly before 5:00pm, Joel Josue age 23 years of Sand Bank, Treasure Cay, Abaco, was arraigned before Magistrate Evans in Marsh Harbour Magistrate Court with Damaging and Endangering property by the Willful and Negligent use of fire. The suspect who was represented by attorney Kara Butler pleaded not guilty to the charge and was remanded to Sandilands Rehabilitation Center until the 22nd May 2014.

This is in connection with the recent fire incident which occurred Sunday 4th May 2014 in Sand Bank, Treasure Cay, Abaco.
