Reports are that shortly after 7:00pm, a Nissan car occupied by four persons was traveling south on New Providence Highway, when the driver lost control and crashed into a utility pole. The male driver and a female passenger were ejected from the vehicle into the road and pronounced dead on the scene. Two female passengers were transported to hospital where they remain in stable condition.

Investigations are ongoing.
