Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a
body burnt beyond recognition in a house fire on Thursday 13th November
2014.
According to reports, shortly after 1:00am, Police received a report of
a house fire at Warren Street off Farrington Road. When firefighters
arrived at the scene, they met a house engulf in flames. Firefighters
extinguished the fire and upon examining the interior of the home found a
body suspected to be that of an adult male burnt beyond recognition.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death. Investigations are ongoing.
