From:TheBahamasWeekly.com Royal Bahamas Police Force Reports are that shortly after 8:00am, Police K-9 officers on duty at the Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA) Jet Aviation Centre assisted by officers from the Airport Division conducted a search of a chartered aircraft that had just landed and found two large bags containing fifty-one (51) kilos of cocaine. Nassau, Bahamas - Consistent with the Commissioner's Policing Priorities for 2016, Police has struck another blow against organized drug trafficking in The Bahamas, this time with the seizure of a large amount of cocaine and the arrest of a Bahamian male at LPIA on Sunday 21st August 2016.
