Male suspect arrested in connection to Yellow Elder shooting death

Nassau, Bahamas - An adult male is in custody assisting police in connection with a shooting incident that has left a man dead on Friday 18th November 2016.

Reports are that shortly after 7:00pm, a man was walking in the area of Nichol’s Court, Yellow Elder Gardens, when a lone gunman emerged from a black Honda vehicle and shot him before speeding off. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police later took an adult male suspect into custody for questioning in connection with this incident.
