Nassau, Bahamas - Consistent with the Commissioner’s Policing Priorities for 2016, Southwestern Division officers took an
adult male into custody after he was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle on Thursday 21st September
2016.
Reports are that shortly before 7:00am Southwestern Division officers were on routine patrol on Lazaretto
Road, when they spotted a male stripping a Bluebird Nissan vehicle. The police on checking the vehicle
discovered that it was recently stolen. The adult male was taken into custody for questioning.
