According to reports shortly after 2:00pm, a man was walking on Charles Vincent Street, when the occupants of a black Honda Civic vehicle license number 305359 pulled up and shot him in the head before speeding off. The man was pronounced dead on the scene. A short while later police recovered the suspect’s vehicle on Miami Street. The vehicle was reported stolen early this morning.
