POLICE SEEK PUBLIC’S HELP IN LOCATING SUSPECTS AND POLICE SEEK PUBLIC’S HELP IN OVERNIGHT SHOOTING DEATH

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are seeking the public’s help in solving a shooting death of a male that occurred earlier this morning.

According to reports, shortly after 2:00am, police responded to a call of gunshots being fired on Fire Trail Road East. Upon arrival officers discovered a male in the front seat of a Honda Accord vehicle at that location unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The deceased was pronounced dead on the scene.

Investigations are ongoing.

VEHICLES TAKEN DURING TWO OVERNIGHT ARM ROBBERIES

In the first incident, shortly after 11:00pm last night, a man was about to enter his vehicle after leaving a nightclub on Gladstone Road, when a male armed with a handgun robbed him of cash and his grey Kia Rio vehicle before speeding off. In the second incident, shortly after 1:00am this morning, a man was about to enter his vehicle after leaving a club in Montel Heights, when four males armed with a handgun robbed him of cash and a white flatbed truck before speeding off.

Investigations are ongoing.
