Nassau police arrest 2 murder suspects - Berry Islands man arrested for indecent assault

FLYING SQUAD OFFICERS ARREST TWO SUSPECTS OVERNIGHT FOR MURDER

NASSAU, Bahamas - Two (2) men are in custody after they were arrested overnight for questioning in connection with two recent murders that occurred in New Providence.

In the first incident, around 11:15pm on Monday 27th January 2014, Officers from the Flying Squad acting on intelligence arrested a 22 - year old male of Commonwealth Boulevard, Elizabeth Estates for questioning reference to a recent Murder.

In the second incident, shortly after 1:00am on Tuesday 28th January 2014, Officers from the Flying Squad acting on intelligence arrested a 37 – year old male of High Tree Estates for questioning reference to a recent Murder.

POLICE IN THE BERRY ISLANDS ARREST INDECENT ASSAULT SUSPECT

BERRY ISLANDS, Bahamas - A 41 year old man of Bullocks Harbour, the Berry Islands is in custody after he was arrested reference to Indecent Assault on Monday 27th 2014. According to reports, shortly after 9:30am, Police Officers in Bullocks Harbour, the Berry Islands arrested the suspect for indecently assaulting a female on that Island in May of 2013. The suspect is expected to appear in court in New Providence today to be formally charged.
