Nassau police launch island-wide manhunt for suspects in 2 shootings deaths

Nassau , Bahamas - Police have launched an island-wide manhunt for the suspects responsible for two separate shooting incidents that have left two men dead on Thursday 30th April 2015.

In the first incident, around 9:30pm, a man was standing outside of his vehicle located at St. Margaret Road, when a man known to him shot him multiple times about the body and fled on foot. The victim was transported to hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

In the second incident, shortly before 10:00pm, a man had just closed his barbershop located on Baillou Road south, when three males accosted him. A struggle ensued, which resulted in the man being shot to the head and shoulder. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigations are ongoing.
