Nassau police probe Sunday shooting and stabbing incidents

Nassau, Bahamas - In the first incident, shortly after 8:00pm on Sunday 4th October 2015, a man was walking on Finlayson Street, when a man armed with a handgun approached and shot him before fleeing on foot. The victim was rushed to hospital where he remains in serious condition.

In the second incident, shortly after 10:00pm on Sunday 4th October 2015, a man was involved in an altercation with another man that led to him being injured with a cutlass. The victim was rushed to hospital where he remains in serious condition.

Police are searching for the suspects in both incidents.
