Nassau police seek public's help with 5 armed robberies

Nassau, Bahamas - Suspects in several armed robberies are being sought by police:

In the first incident, shortly after 7:00pm on Friday 14th August 2015, a man and a woman was outside of a business establishment located on Carmichael Road near Barcardi Road, when a man armed with a handgun approach and robbed them of their 2000 grey Honda CRV vehicle before speeding off.

In the second incident, shortly after 8:30pm on Friday 14th August 2015, a woman was walking on Prince Charles Drive, when a man armed with a handgun approached and robbed her of a small amount of cash before fleeing on foot.

In the third incident, shortly after 10:00pm on Friday 14th August 2015, two men were walking on Kemp Road, when four men armed with a handgun approached and robbed them of 4 cell phones before fleeing on foot.

In the fourth incident, shortly after 12:00midnight on Saturday 15th August 2015, a man was sitting in his red 2015 Hyundai Elantra vehicle at Montague Ramp, when two males armed with a handgun approached and robbed him of his vehicle before speeding off.

In the final incident, shortly before 1:00am on Saturday 15th August 2015, a woman was at her home located at Marine Drive, when two males armed with a handgun robbed her of a cell phone. The two males fled the scene in a black 2002 Honda Accord.

Police are investigating all of these incidents.

Police wish to reassure members of the public that they will continue with their relentless efforts to hunt down persons who continue to commit crime and will spare no efforts to bring them to justice.
