2 shootings in Nassau (Augusta St. and Joan's Heights), police seek public's assistance

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are seeking the public’s help in solving two separate shooting incidents that has left two men detained in hospital on Monday 6th April 2015.

In the first incident, shortly after 1:00am, a man was involved in an argument with a male relative of his at a home in Joan’s Heights, that resulted in the relative shooting him in the arm before fleeing on foot. The victim was transported to hospital, where he remains in stable condition.

In the second incident, shortly after 1:30am a man was walking on Augusta Street, when he was shot to the arm. The victim was transported to hospital, where he remains in stable condition.

Investigations are ongoing.
